It All Belongs to God

Leviticus 25:23
"The land must never be sold on a permanent basis, for the land belongs to me. You are only foreigners and tenant farmers working for me."

Lord, please help me to have this attitude toward all that I own. Everything I have is a gift coming down from God my Father who created all the lights in the heavens. (James 1:17) Help me to have an attitude not of ownership, but of a manager of what actually belongs to YOU. Please purge me of my greed and materialism. I confess that both are lurking in my heart. I want to be free of these sins. I want to hold everything with an open hand held out to share.

Thank you, Lord for the incredible wealth of blessings you have given me. I am one of the richest girls in the world! Not in worldly wealth but in spiritual blessings!!

Please help me to find my lost keys. I'm hoping they are either in the car somewhere or got left at work. Please help my kids to do their schoolwork today, especially Robo. Could you help me not to cough and clear my throat so much today? Apparently it is driving my FIL crazy. In Jesus' name, amen. <3

MEMORY VERSES
James 1:22-25
But don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. For if you listen to the word and don't obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don't forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.
James 1:22-25

Psalm 19:12-14
How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?
Cleanse me from these hidden faults.
Keep your servant from deliberate sins!
Don't let them control me.
Then I will be free of gilt
and innocent of great sin.
May the words of my mouth
and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing to you,
O LORD my rock and my redeemer.
Psalm 19:12-14

VERY important topic. So much hinges on understanding the promises God made to Israel.
